Do you know that many camps and schools are unable to offer full refunds to their students who need to
cancel due to unexpected illness, injury or if they need to leave camp early?
Do you know each year many students travel with no health insurance? Those that do have health insurance
may be required to pay high deductibles or out of network expenses if an emergency occurs away from home.
Student Travel Protection Program
The Student Travel Protection Program has been designed to provide your traveling young person with the necessary
coverage to safeguard your travel "investment" and your child from unforeseen circumstances. Our plan also provides
emergency medical coverage, emergency medical evacuation as well as other necessary travel protection benefits
(see Benefit highlights below).
Student Travel Protection Plan Cost
The cost for the Student Protection Program is affordable. To figure your premium cost, simply multiply the cost
of your trip by a rate factor of .0360. For example: a trip with the cost of $1,000 would be $36.00 ($1,000 x .0360).
Your trip cost can include any "nonrefunable money", this can include camp fees, airfare, hotel, etc. Minimum trip
cost of $200 required for enrollment.
